Family Support Services Helps Connect Families to Resources and Services within the Community.

Our Family Support Services team plays a vital role in assisting families throughout their journey, from early childhood to career development. We offer two key services:

Supportive Resource Navigation

We guide families in navigating and accessing various supportive resources available within the community. Our team helps families identify and connect with the appropriate services and organizations to address their specific needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support at every stage.

Community Partnerships

We actively build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations that provide services for families. By fostering these partnerships, we ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of efforts, enabling families to benefit from a comprehensive network of support services throughout their "Cradle to Career" journey.

 
 

Our Family Support Coordinators help families connect with and navigate resources.

We can help enrolled families connect directly to a variety of community programs and services including:

  • Basic Needs Supports

  • Food Resources

  • IEP/504 Support

  • College/Scholarship/FAFSA Support

  • Child Care Resources

  • Parent Groups

  • Mental Health Services

  • Homelessness Prevention
